Referrers Christmas/New Year Competition - Terms and Conditions

Competition Overview

Each valid referral resulting in a live instruction, submitted by an external referrer during the competition period, will qualify as one entry into the prize draw. Each live instruction earns one entry in the competition.

Competition Period

The competition begins on Monday, 9th December 2024, and closes on Monday, 27th January 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Referrals and instructions made outside this period will not be eligible for the prize draw.

Eligibility

This competition is open to external referrers only, excluding employees of Aconveyancing Ltd or any affiliated entities.

Referrals must be legitimate, verifiable, and submitted during the competition period to qualify.

Prize Details

The prize is a voucher for Spa treatments and lunch for two at a choice of locations across the UK.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Wednesday, 29th January 2025, via a secure virtual draw.

The winner will be notified directly via email on the same day using the contact details provided with their referral.

Referral Tracking

Aconveyancing Ltd will maintain a record of all referrals and entries. Referrers’ email addresses will be stored securely and used only for the administration of this competition.

Marketing Communications

Participants will receive competition updates and reminders via email during the competition period:

• 13th December 2024: Competition announcement.
• 20th January 2025: Reminder email – one week to go.
• 29th January 2025: Winner announcement.

General Terms

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Aconveyancing Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify any participants engaging in fraudulent or dishonest activity.

The decision of Aconveyancing Ltd in all matters relating to this competition is final and binding.

Data Protection

Personal data provided during this competition will be used solely for the purposes of administration and will be processed in line with Aconveyancing Ltd's Privacy Policy.

No personal data will be shared with third parties without consent.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
